Remote Visit: New Patient Consultation
Once scheduled you will receive an intake packet in your email. Please complete the forms prior to your appointment time.
Your initial consultation will be approximately 30 minutes.
Remote Visit: Follow-Up Consultation
During this appointment you will discuss any updates in your condition and possible modifications to your prescription. Follow up consultations generally last 10-15 minutes.
